Welcome to the

Autistic School Staff Project

The ASSP has been running since 2019 and aims to understand better the experiences, needs and strengths of autistic education staff in range of roles in schools. The project is underpinned by two key principles: 1. To facilitate diversity and inclusion across the whole school community 2. To support the rights of school staff members to equality of access and inclusion in the workplace.
